Two Chinese Kazakh boys who fled to Kazakhstan,

Hello everyone! Two Chinese Kazakh boys who fled to Kazakhstan, Haster Musahan and Murager Alim were taken away by the border guards of the Ministry of Security of Kazakhstan on the 14th of this month.  It took 4-5 days.  During this time, the two were at the border  between Kazakhstan and China, which bordered China in East Kazakhstan, demonstrated their cross-border routes to the kazakh  investigators.  Currently they are still there.  Mr. Baurzhan Azanov, one of their three defense lawyers, has just returned from the East Kazakhstan border.  After contacting me, he said that the border defense branch of the Kazakhstan Ministry of Security gave them two conditions.  First, let them write an application to stay in the border guard and live in the designated dormitory of the troops.  The frontier staff said it was not in detention and they just lived here.  Second, they are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and must not disclose details such as questions and answering the investigation.  Can't accept an interview, no press conference is allowed.  I, Begzat MahSutkhan and Atajult volunteers made the following interpretation of this condition:
 Let them stay in the army and live with the soldiers is a prison in disguise.  Because the troops are heavily guarded, they are not free to enter and exit there.  Their friends and family and the people who care about them, as well as our Atajurt  members, can't meet them when want to meet.  In other words, there is a prison.  No matter how good it is called, this is a prison.  Their freedom there is limited.
 The second condition is also set to limit their freedom.  Letting them be silent after interrogate is an attempt to cover up the ethnic cleansing and human rights crisis that is taking place in China.  The Ministry of Security of Kazakhstan only wants them to shut up because there is nothing to do with state secrets.  They are just ordinary fugitives, not national public officials or people with military backgrounds.  They know nothing about the affairs of state organs, and it is impossible to tell what state secrets come.  The only interpretation of this condition is that the security department of Kazakhstan is trying to cover up the crimes of China.  Therefore, the basic rights and interests of the our  two brothers who fled from China are being violated.  The Kazakhstan Security Bureau covered  crimes for China through kept them silent.
 The Kazakh authorities should let the two Kazakh compatriots seeking asylum tell the truth about the political oppression that is taking place in China.  Help the Kazakhs who are suffering in China by exposing the shady scene.  However, in fact, the authorities do not want to do so.  So, here I appeal to everyone:
 Please give a favour for the two Kazakh brothers who fled their homes and sought refuge, they obtained political asylum and stayed in Kazakhstan, and then became a citizen of Kazakhstan . Let's Strive to prevent them from the  authorities  letting them repatriating  back to China.  Let us work together for their freedom.
